Dear Jugs,
After numerous false starts (all me) I'm so excited we've begun to chronicle what it's like to date as a young woman in New York City. As I said to you in a previous email, I think what makes this cool is:
- We're awesome. And fun.
- We've seen some shit.
Not to be overly dramatic (save that biz for xojane) but I'd say we've both been through the emotional, and in some instances, physical ringer in relationships. We've come through heartbreak, rage, and confusion with some pretty amazing stories, that I hope crack up web-surfers and remind our fellow romantic hearts that dating in this city ain't no goddamn rodeo.
It's Thunderdome.
